To the New York Post

The Attack on Jim Acosta and Meidastouch

I can only assume that the New York Post went after Jim Acosta and Meidastouch because they are considered a threat. And maybe they are a threat because the Meidastouch audience numbers are beating everyone.

In my little way, I am calling the New York Post out. The best way to shut down bullies and whiners is to stand up to them. I try to be respectful, but I do not have to accept their opinion, and often, they do not state the truth.

The sad part is that many live in bubbles of lies and half-truths. We can only work to change the world one heartbeat at a time, and this is my attempt.

LETTER TO THE EDITOR

New York Post

New York, New York

Reference: Attack on Jim Acosta

I cannot begin to tell you how to run your newspaper, but my opinion is that the coverage is becoming stale. I can appreciate why you jumped on the Trump wagon before the election, but now that we see what is happening to the country, and that will only get worse, isn’t it time to think about the direction of your coverage?

One outdated and weak attack was your I am writing in response to your recent headline concerning Jim Acosta's comments about Karoline Leavitt. The headline, suggesting a significant "backlash," misrepresents the situation. Your characterization lacks the nuance necessary for a fair and accurate portrayal of events. I don't see any evidence supporting the widespread backlash claim; your assertion may be designed to create a narrative that benefits your publication rather than reflecting reality.

The headline's framing seems suspiciously designed to incite negativity and undermine Mr. Acosta. It raises whether the New York Post prioritizes sensationalism over responsible journalism.

I urge you, Mr. Murdoch, and your editorial team to reconsider your approach. Your legacy will be shaped not by fleeting headlines but by your commitment to truth and fairness. Your grandchildren and great-grandchildren will remember you by how you conducted yourself, not by how you conducted your business ventures. Is this the legacy you truly desire? I would encourage you to pursue journalism that upholds the integrity of truth rather than resort to emotionally charged narratives designed to mislead your readers.

Oh, by the way, how do you like your eggs? $12 per dozen?
